Conquer Season 15 with Garen Toplane (non-smurf solo queue)

Hi Jonny, what would you do with Garen if you are vs something very tanky. I don't feel like Black cleaver is enough often, do you have any other suggestion for Garen vs tanky?

The main blueprint against tanks is to get tiamat early and look for proxy when enemy jungler is away, keep your farm up and when you get to the mid game you are much better at shove and move than the tank is. For items I would go stride into mortal reminder for the armor reduction but remember you don't need to kill enemy toplaner to do your job, keep your farm up and set up objectives in midgame with shove and move.

this champion is disgusting right now as a new singed otp. i always lose lane against him, if i proxy then he just proxies as well and outscales me. can't kill in lane, even if he doesn't back for items. free sustain, faster than me, only has to get me to half hp to kill me. balanced
