How long did you spend at cathedral rock? 1 hour is enough?

Depends how high you wanna climb. One hour would be enough to go see have a bit of a walk and then back to the bus. But I would at least give it 2 so you could see some of the view further up. But to go right to the top and back you’re looking at about 3. As the full trail, doesn’t look it, but it’s a good six miles.
