Sounds like you had a very fun time on the adventure. I just got my rmax last week. In kentucky we have some nice trails but not quiet like what you were on.

You need to do a Cape Breton Highlands adventure trip. Show off great Canadian destinations. Make sure to plan time for some boating in the Bras d’OR lakes while in Cape Breton. Bring your fishing gear. Keep up the great adventures.

Guys watch any Knik River Glacier videos from Alaska, you want to talk about badass fording and extreme climate there ya go! Sure you don’t get the elevation difference, which is I know a big difference. Elevation, will simulate oxygen depletion (spl?) , which will kill power from non-forced inducted power plants!

Hey everyone! Can anyone tell me what the thread is in the bed of the RMax? I mean the 8 mounting holes for accessories. I just got my RMax Limited and need to mount my aftermarket box. I’m guessing M6 threads.

Very cool stuff, but i have to ask this, lol. If yamaha is really listening to us, why won't they give us more impressive hp numbers on their products? The Rmax should be sitting at 120-130 hp, minimum. I don't need turbo power necessarily, but just over 100 hp is not enough IMO on any of these bigger sxs's.
