This is the division where it all started for me! One year after I moved. The shots from the bypass are purely nostalgic. As well as Greensburg. I can’t thank you enough for sharing this. Long live Conrail blue.

0:00 - CP-Slope in Altoona. 1:05 - Brickyard Rd. between Altoona and Horseshoe Curve. 2:25 - Along Route 220 between Altoona and Tunnelhill. 5:07 - Cresson. 6:24 - Conemaugh. 9:26 - Johnstown depot. 9:55 - West end of Johnstown where the 3rd track takes off along the north bank of the Conemaugh River. 10:38 - Bolivar. 11:09 - west of Latrobe. 12:28 - Greensburg. 16:20 - Ardara. 17:59 - Wilmerding. 19:06 - Swissvale. Great stuff! 16:20 is at Ardara, the old 334 signal is seen there. All of the signals were removed last year. Love the old Pittsburgh Line footage, all areas I've shot many times. Thanks for sharing!

Considering the number patches on some units and the appearance of the SD70s, I would have to date this to be spring 1999

We moved from the Pittsburgh area in late 96, to the Cleveland area. And I remember seeing patches on Conrail units in Cleveland as early as 98. Possibly even late 97.
