Such an important video, especially for us UCR students. People tend to fixate on the negative stigma surrounding UCR, which I think creates an academic inferiority complex among the students. But, personally, my experience with UCR has been great, and I think all my friends feel the same way, even those who were sad they didn't get into LA/Berkely.

I have to agree - college is what you make out of it, and your experience is really defined upon you, regardless if you go to UCLA or community college.

It’s funny how students going to “decent/not highly prestigious” 4-years get more backlash than students who barely passed high school if at all and don’t care about college. Not that either deserves hate, everyone’s path is different, but this is ironic.

I’d say UCR has one of the best business schools in the UC system, but your true value from the degree comes from what area in business you want to go into, and what connections you prefer.
