RV Living is the Life!...but not for all. I point out a few cons of fulltime RV living in this video.
Though it shouldn't be enough to scare you away but just enough to get you thinking that RV life is not all rainbows and sunshine.

Having lived and traveled for 2 1/2 years in a 24-foot travel trailer, I'd say your video is spot on Sam. Many campgrounds charge more for lot rent than what I am currently paying for my mortgage on my house. We found that there were a lot of good things about Full Time RVing, but there were also a lot of not so good things about Full Time RVing. Great video. JT

Thanks guys. That was one thing that surprised me the most was the pricing that I was getting for parks. I mean a lot of folks want to RV because they think costs are significantly lower. Maybe in more rural areas but things are going up for sure

@@FreedomChaser Exactly. We found that the only way to get a decent price for a full hookup campsite was if you worked at the campground you're staying at. We stayed at campgrounds that made you work 24 hours in exchange for a full hookup site, and didn't give you any additional hours after the 24, so you made no money there. We stayed at campgrounds that only charged $125 a month for a full hookup site, plus paid you a wage and gave you $20 a week in quarters for laundry. We stayed at campgrounds that that paid $10 , but the first 20 you ( single or couple) worked went towards your site, then you got paid for every hour after that. So you can find deals out there, but they're getting harder and harder to find....

For me the issue is lack of storage. The part about the refrigerator really hits home. So does the part about the table.

LOL. Can only imagine in a small van. Making beds where you don't have access to one corner sucks. I imagine all these things are even worse if you're 6'. I guess jumping out and breaking an ankle is better than burning to death.
