I am loving these so much, learning a little bit about each bag is really wonderful, and there is zero shame in the apppreciation of things that have been made with so much care and honed craftsmenship, when I was recently talking to my husband about my slight addiction to makeup, I said I guess you likely think it’s really silly, he said, surprisingly, “no, I get it, the items make you happy, and the “luxury higher end with the gorgeously crafted packaging can be appreciated like I appreciate a Porsche because I know what’s under the hood, I know the background of Porsche, some people might think that’s just a materialistic want, to own a Porsche but for me it is so much more, it’s s deep appreciation for the brand, and the car itself, so no , I get it”. Gob. Smacked. Ah, huh, I choose wisely , lol. He’s a keeper . I vote for Louis Vuitton next, that my first Love 💖

I would definitely have that older tan lambskin flap bag sent to leather cobbler or handbag spa they can paint it with leather paint and you will never know the transfer was ever there ! It will look new! Or you can get it painted a totally different color like bright pink if you wanted?! I bought a vintage camera bag and had it restored and they painted the bag & made it look brand new at Dr Handbags

I don’t know if you’re aware or not but you can spray your canvas and tweed bags with scotch guard and you won’t have color transfer.
