Conscious Club

Күн бұрын

Conscious Club events artfully weave together an upbeat social connection, kinship and inspiration. The evenings are commenced with a group meditation, lifting the collective energy. Renown inspirational speakers share their enriching knowledge and stories; Musicians play their soul-stirring music; Thought-provoking films are screened; All contributing to a sense of camaraderie amongst like-minded guests.
All this in a creative environment which is open to anyone to attend where hangovers, bad coffee, reality TV and flower-power are no-where to be seen.
What makes the Conscious Club special is its community. The club is free to join, everyone is welcome and it’s where great friendships are ignited. A community of humans on the same mission and path in life.
Be in the loop for our next Conscious Club event - subscribe to the club (it’s free) www.consciouscl...

This is finally someone who has unraveled the truth about disease. I cured my own symptoms, physical and mental, with her advise. However it is such a shame that people are so brainwashed that they refuse to listen to her advice. God knows I've tried so hard to convince people to get on this diet..

I did it too but i would always have to go back to the earlier stages. I think my problem is i never did kefir. I am allergic to cows milk. And i could get raw milk but not raw kefir. I react to the raw yogurt i had. I am not sure if i will react to raw kefir. The camels milk was great but i don't know how long i can do in as far as days in a row. I had to bring it in from America and its not cheap. I would get this odd digestive feeling having bone broth it seems like the longer it was on the heat for the worse it was. And before i got sick in cuba i could handle ketosis a lot better but specially the broth only diet is hard for me for some reason. I am really thinking about giving this GAPS diet another go maybe even with raw camels milk kefir or try cows milk kefir again.

its funny that the best advice is to just revert back to a time when people ate REAL food. Its almost inconceivable these days to some people that we have everything we need right in front of us and its not at the local drug store its in the ground.

I know raw milk is great and everything but what about if you boil raw milk sometimes at night with honey and cinnimon. You know the ancient indians did that. Ayurveda says its good and it seems a traditional thing to do there. Is there a differences between pasteurized and drinking it right after its boiled?

No need to boil it. If your intention is to kill microbes I think that a lower temperature suffices. Maybe 60°C (Look it up.) But obviously you'll kill good and bad microbes.

@itzakpoelzig330
@itzakpoelzig330 Жыл бұрын
Read her first book. Basically, you don't need to do a test. If you have any health complaint at all (digestive, autoimmune, mental, emotional, neurological, etc.) you are a good candidate for the GAPS protocol, because, as she said at the beginning of this lecture, the root cause of all chronic disease is a disturbed gut microbiome. It may have gotten disturbed in different ways (pesticides, pharmaceuticals, trauma, surgery, malnourishment, etc.) but until it is re-regulated and the gut lining is "healed and sealed", you can never return to your natural state of health and vibrancy. Good luck to you, friend.
