Would love to hear someone explain how (as stated on the site) the token is ERC-20 but somehow "won't be available on any decentralized exchange". The token will trade hands if it's indeed ERC-20. And that can/will inevitably pervert your "owned by the community model". On a separate note, if the tokens are always redeemable for USDT, I am presuming the redeemer has to be the site's Treasury. But then, in the case of significant redemptions, you will slip away from 50% community ownership. Not seeing where/how some invisible hand recalibrates that. 🤔 DAO governance is noble in concept. But complicated in practice!

Good questions. You can and should double check this with the team, but I suppose anyone can put token on a DEX, but team will not and provide no liquidity, so very unlikely it will trade. Why would anyone provide liquidity with no incentive on a DEX? Yes, company redeems from treasury. With those tokens, they redistribute to future rake, so it extends and ultimately ends up with the players. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply! I do tend to believe that since a) the token will inherently provide a stream of future "dividends" (rakeback) and b) different people will present-value discount the value of that stream differently according to their views on how much rake the site will earn (i.e how successful the site is) at some point (likely sooner than later!) despite the cost of burning the liquidity pool somebody will create a secondary market on a DEX. So I'd just be wary of claiming publicly that it won't exist. You guys can go right on claiming you won't create it yourselves though! The above and Howey. 🤞🏿😬🤞🏻 That being said, what you guys are trying to do seems noble and I do hope it works out! 🙏🏿🙏🏻

The biggest question is if Phenom will become a phenomenon? (Boom Boom click). I am always a little bit scarry to join this kind of new company's. (afraid its some kind of Pyramid model). So always waiting until it sure it isnt (and than it is mosly a little too late to really profit of the potential big money boom). Thank you for sharing. Will phenom also be licensed in the Netherlands

That's the whole point, there's nothing to be "scared" about because you control your own funds. They immediately go to your own crypto wallet when you cash out. It removes 99% of the counterparty risk. Phenom never touches your funds.
