so the conclusion im reaching is that when you talk to Allah don't make excuses for your sin. so for example, don't say "I only sipped that alcohol because if I didn't I would be mocked." the point is you did a sin. for all you know Allah could've protected you from their mockery if you gave Him the chance. So when apologizing to Allah, accept what was done. wrong. This should also be applied in human to human relationships too.

@@mahdou3608 you're right, and thats not what I meant. I meant that you should always have trust that Allah will protect you from your fears if you don't sin. I'm not sure how to phrase this.

We have no excuse in front of Our All Knowing Rab, Our Rab who knows what is in even the depths of our hearts and minds, the depths that we may ourselves may even ignore. If Allah has made it a sin, it is a sin, and don't maje excuses in front your Rab
