Got this for over a month now and all I can say is I am very impressed with everything it has to offer. Aside from the D-pad, which I rarely use also, everything works so well. Build is good. Grip is great and overall performance on all devices (PC, android, iOS and Switch) is awesome. Definitely a must-have multi platform controller.

@@mehmetefeisk2972 if you use it and it is very important to the game you're playing, I would not recommend this controller. It's usable but d-pad feels flimsy. Get the Xbox One X or S as alternative.

@@aura_guardian35 hey. I've been using it for almost a year and it still holds up. Battery, performance, everything. I would still recommend this controller for anyone playing on PC. Can't speak for those playing in console. But it still works amazing for me. Hope this helps

I don't know why they didn't make this with the same programmable back buttons that are on their T4 Pro. That combined with the swappable thumb buttons would be the absolute perfect controller for every system.

Gamesir make great products. Build quality and features is amazing. They're very affordable too. Honestly, they should be more popular than they are. I've been using the Gamesir T4 Pro. It's a simpler version of the G4 pro. It's lighter, cheaper and the phone holder is removable. It'd be great if you review that too.

Can you connect this to steam as a switch pro controller??? I like using the switch pro controller on steam but the only issue is the buttons are flipped. This solves the button issues and it has gyro which is why I like using it on steam.

My friend borrowed me this controller to try it out. It is a good controller indeed. The Dpad, while not being perfect, is fine for fighting games surprisingly. However, not a good controller for Smash Bros since the Dpad lacks tension. Also, my biggest gripe about the controller is the fact it can't wake the Switch from sleep, which is a bummer when the console sits in its dock nearby the TV (unless I'm mistaken and there is a way for that controller to wake the Switch though)

Does this control works for Macbook Air? lets say I play OpenEmu or Sixtyforce does the control works in MacOS? please I hope so. Also I saw 4 different connection. Red is for switch, windows is for PC, Blue is for Android and IOS is purple but I am very worried about. in my mind I am might thinking that purple might only works for Ios such as Iphone/Ipad, but I do not know if MacOS would remain the same because I wish to spend money to buy some speisific emulator such as OpenEMU and Sixtyforce. please I hope so :/

Make sure you are connecting to “Xbox wireless controller” rather than “Gamesir”

Check out the gamesir t4 pro. It can hold the switch lite but it's going to be too top heavy which is uncomfortable.

Hi there, make sure you are connecting to it while the light is flashing purple and in Bluetooth it comes up as “Xbox controller”. You can connect the regular way as “GameSir” but it won’t work. Try that first 👍🏻

OK. So. Hold down G and S for 5s to reset. Then hold down B which is the right button of the 4 and press home. It will flash purple. Then on your phone connect to it via Bluetooth as “Xbox controller”. HTH
