Well as a native Tennessean, they definitely can't blame this one on Democrats. Republicans have a super- majority here in Tennessee and have for quite a while now, which is why I always laugh anytime they try to blame different problems here in Tennessee on Democrats.

"I AM the law" is a theme most lifetime Tennessee residents are familiar with. When I was growing up in Loudon County, we had Joe Simms. It was well known that if you crossed him, you would be "disappeared" or found dead in a cell supposedly from hanging yourself... but with a little help.

Not True, in the History of TN elected Governors of TN, first Elected Democrat in 1796. Out of 50 Governors Elected in the State of TN, only 9 Republicans elected. The first time in History of TN only 2 Republican Governors Elected back to back are Governor Bill Haslam 2011 & Bill Lee in 2019. Nashville has never elected a Republican Mayor in the History of Nashville, so residents of Nashville cannot blame TN for their problems in Metro Nashville.

Honestly, i don't like them, but there's nothing sinister about using free speech to redress grievances against public employees. If our confidence in the judicial system is undermined, it's because so many of us have personally experienced traffic court. Where a judgment is often made against us based on the false statements of a single individual. Fix that and you've restored confidence. Former judge dude's just out of touch.
