I’m a college professor, and I can attest to the truth of what these woke professors are doing. On Wednesday morning I was just about the only faculty member that even came to campus. My colleagues canceled class and students were referred to grief counselors. It will take years if not generations in education reform to change what progressives have done to the education system.

Millennial here at 30 years old; married, own a home, child etc. I went to community college and got my Associates in 2016. It was about $10k and I'm glad FedEx payed for it all. However, if I could have gone back and done it over again; I would have skipped it. College these days is a waste of time with the illusion of information scarcity. Unless you are going into Medicine or STEM; avoid it at all costs. Especially if you're looking at a top tier University. Otherwise you'll just be another statistic working at Starbucks with $100,000 in debt.

I'm a 37 year old who works full time and am currently taking classes at a local community college to learn HVAC. I had a class Wednesday morning right after the election. Know what happened in that class? We all showed up, went over the material we were scheduled to, and then left. I was a few weeks into my freshman year in college on September 11, 2001. I watched the South Tower get hit live. My university didn’t cancel classes. In fact 2 hours after watching nearly 3,000 people die on live television I had to go into my Public Speaking class & perform a children’s book for credit! You want to talk about needing recovery, needing to talk to counselors? But my fellow older Millennials and I in that class did it… because the alternative was to just sit in shock that the world had changed. In 2005 I was the only conservative working at the school paper & had the student editor in chief storm into the news room, swear about the election result, then quickly turn and sincerely congratulate me that Dubya won. I told him a simple thanks and left it at that because I don’t revel in the misery of others. How can tons be so different 20 years later? I hate to sound like a cranky Boomer but seriously, these universities are turning out some Weak willed people if they’re wrecked by the results of an election! In a few years, kids, most of your employers are going to expect you to get your work done whether you candidate or issue won last night or not. College is useful, but it is NOT the real world.
