آرٹيکل 199 پانچ حصوں یعنی پانچ شقوں ( clauses ) پر مشتمل ھے ۔ جس میں Writs کا ذکر اس کی پہلی شق ( clause 1) میں ھے جبکہ آرٹیکل 199 کی باقی چار شقیں ( یعنی 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 ) دیگر متفرق موضوعات سے متعلق ھیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔ تو پھر CP فاٸل کرتے وقت آرٹیکل 199 کے ساتھ بریکٹ میں اس کی شق ( 1 ) لکھنی چاھیٸے ۔۔۔ جیسا کہ سپریم کورٹ کی original jurisdiction کی آرٹیکل 184 میں بھی writs کا ذکر اسکی شق ( 3 ) میں ھے ۔ اور سپریم کورٹ میں CP کیلٸے (3) 184 لکھا جاتا ھے تو ھاٸی کورٹ میں بھی (1)199 لکھنا چاھیٸے ۔۔۔۔ جبکہ عام طور 199 لکھا جاتا ھے تو کیا یہ درست ھے ؟؟؟؟

Constitutional Remedies 5 constitution writs 1 Mandamus We command when any fundamental rights violates by any authority can writ in high court if any institution don't do lawful work will use mandamus.If electric metter not installed, gas meter not installed, 2 Prohibition 3 Certiorari 4 Quo Warranto 5 Habeas corpus Illegal detention حبس بے جا High court will entertain the writs No one have right to arrest without reason.
