Even if the degree of variable is changed, the value of 0 is constant. Hence making it a constant polynomial. It has been give a separate a title as the degree can change whilst the variable (0) stays the same and the others change their value

Sir as you explained it's clear that '0' is a zero polynomial. But can we take 'negative integers' as it's degree because you used positive integers and o as the degree but not used negative integers as it's degree.
