I was adopted from DR , my biological mother lived (lives?) in Constanza, Through out my pregnancy with my son I craved nothing but strawberries and cabbage. When you mentioned that I wondered if my own mother had eaten thru out her pregnancy with me. Maybe we’ll meet one day and I could ask Love learning about the region, thank you for your content !!!

❤😍Jarabacoa has AMAZING mountain cabin/villa rentals. El Rio Sonador in Jarabacoa, is a MUST VISIT. I still have to visit Constanza. I believe it's the COLDEST part of the country because of its elevation.

🤷🏽‍♀️ We are healthy and well here, not living in fear (less stress!). People enjoy quality food, fresh air, abundant sunshine. Boosting your immune system with wellness and peace of mind does wonders. Many people do wear masks and most are quite respectful of protocols. To each her own. 😊

No, no poisonous Snakes at least not endemic ones.. They're all Boas.. Or similar kind of Constrictors. There are very few poisonous animals in DR. And even though there are Snakes you very very very rarely going to see one where people live..

@@FreeIslandGirl they don’t have a choice, if they don’t take the job nobody would do anything for them, and if they go back to Haiti there’s not much to do there, so haitian politicians and government have a tiny small part in this problem, why they don’t do as DR?
@FreeIslandGirl
@FreeIslandGirl 3 жыл бұрын
It’s true that in Haiti (and other places where people flee from) that the quality of life and ability to earn a living is terrible. Of course each government should take care of its own. Why not have a global fund to help people in need? No easy answers. I just show what I see, sharing info.
