Other people in the comments said it was a server issue. They changed servers and it worked normally.

Do you have to have the Burning Blade ship to get the Orb of Secrets? I’ve done 3 of these without having the ship and I’ve had no luck getting the Orb. Any tips?

You need to make sure that you sail to the camp. If you dive, you get Trading Company treasure.

Yep! You can sell it to the Gold Hoarders, Order of Souls, Merchant Alliance, and Reaper's Bones :) And yes, you get an Emissary bonus.

That is for the crew of the Burning Blade. They need to light the four braziers to complete the Ritual.

Did you dive to the camp? You need to sail to an emergent one to get the orb :)

The braziers are for the Burning Blade crew to use. They need it to complete the Ritual. Regular crews stopping the Ritual don't need to bother with them.

Uh I have a question I completed it and I’m getting the veiled eye of souls. I’ve lit all four braziers around the ritual table, so I don’t know what’s happening.

It sounds like you dove to the Skeleton Camp. When you dive, you get Trading Company specific treasure so you won't get the Orb of Secrets in the crypt. You also only need to light the braziers if you are sailing as the Burning Blade crew. They need the braziers to complete the Ritual. Otherwise, you are trying to stop the Ritual.

Hmm, and you are positive it’s the right constellation? The Owl and Bat are very similar. If you are having issues, some other pirates have said changing servers helps.

Pirate lord is cool but tbh flameheart feels more like an underdog, as he wants to change the status quo. Pirate lord is one update away from making me pay pirate taxes In universe rhe pirate lord has allowed the GMU into the sea of thieves (they bribed him with the microtransactions shop), allowed the ferryman to just deadass abuse power over the only afterlife we have (and he excludes people he doesn't like from coming back) he had the gold hoarders exact plan but the gold hoarder beat him to it, so the pirate lord is *just* as greedy as one of the games antagonists

You can only dive to Raid Voyages. If you want to sail to one, you can just find the next one on your Map Table on your current server and head over. Similar to Sea Forts :)
