Technological change and its consequences are all around us: generative AI, climate change, genome editing, renewable energy, and the resurfacing threat of nuclear conflict. At this event Holberg Laureate Sheila Jasanoff will share her thoughts on this new era of globalism in conversation with Prof. Achille Mbembe and Prof. Zeblon Vilakazi.
This event is part of The South Africa Conversations 2023, co-hosted by the Holberg Prize and the Innovation Foundation for Democracy.
