Well done Umek. What is the cost difference between POP and just plastering the ceiling without pop? Is it a big difference?

So it is not a decking and the ceiling can not be plastered… we can only choose between different forms of ceiling materials… and yes the cost difference is reasonable …

Depends on so many things, location, dimensions of building, nature of site, foundation type, choice of finish, structural drawings, so it is not something I can just tell you out of the blue without these details…
