Construction of Eneo at Tatu Central

Construction of Eneo at Tatu Central, a mixed-used development of corporate offices and retail have already started. The 25 698 sqm Grade A building, developed by Gateway Real Estate Africa and managed by GRIT, has been custom designed for CCI Global, the largest international contact centre operator in Africa. It comprises two basement levels and five storeys with large floorplates and rapid lifts and will anchor the node.
GREA is targeting IFC EDGE certification for the development with a range of design features to promote a lower environmental impact. Expected to be completed in Q4, 2023, it is creating considerable direct and indirect local employment opportunities, including through our relationship with Buildher, empowering disadvantaged women with vocational and life skills in the build environment.
