Anyone notices about Softgle Comfort? It fits perfectly to anyone, so workers work is not affected. I wonder why people never know about this.

One thing is if those guys are working around mobile equipment, they need to wear type 3 high visibility. Looks like they only had high visibility t-shirts with no reflective material.

ok video but always tire of these companies that make their own video and brag about how safe they are throughout the entire video especially when you can see that most segments are staged and that the men aren't used to having this safety a part of their daily work. more than anything though, you guys need to wear your hardhats correctly. there is repeatedly shown a man first on the excavator and then walking around with his hard hat on backwards and not worn properly. this is so embarrassing. check on your own guys before you make a video to influence others. this joker was talking to supervisors who never said a thing to him, further proving that this video is all based on a staged artificial culture just put forward to make a video. a real safety program educates and trains, then actually enforces safety to protect the men. obviously this is the purpose of safety not to make a half ass video that can do more damage than good.

These videos are just 50000ft view of the entire picture. Once past the safety orientation, then these employees should get more specific training and instruction at the job site. New employee orientation training is just .....orientation! It doesn't serve as the end all be all of training.
