I am a OSHA 10 card holder, and want to thank you for everything you guys do for the community/company's. If it wasn't for you guys we would be having a lot of work place accidents and dangerous work places. I want to thank you for all the rule's, mandatory safety training, mandatory safety inspections, and much much more. I always looked up to you guys when i learned about OSHA and still do as I am 18. My dream job is to either become a firefighter or join OSHA and become a member of this wonderful organization/company or whatever you guys are considered. I am currently working with homedepot in Illinois to get my reputation and job experience up. I can't wait to become an employee of OSHA and do more for the community.

Do some distribution/warehouse to gain more experience. I've been doing it for 6 months because I believe in logistics(despite it's destruction to the planet). It employs people of all race creeds color and religion around the globe. You'll learn who makes shit happen for the planet in two places : construction/distribution.

I don’t know what Osha is like in Oregon ( I lived in Astoria for 7 years back in the 70s) but in New York Albany area ITS A JOKE!! I worked in bricklayers union for 30 years and set swings all over high rises and other things ( without any kind of liscense like everyone else who did it which is absolutely mind blowing in England but here in No Standards USA anything goes. When 3 different suspended ( swings) went crashing down off 30 storie buildings ( all within Weeks of each other) OSHA shows up ( one guy) and He’s absolutely Clueless about Anything to do with swings but pretends to know and embarrassed himself but that’s not really important since swings are complicated and even scaffolding guys don’t know everything and if EVERYONE who hangs these things has No Rigging liscense certificate whaowell then THATS probably not good. I have worked on so much absolutely awful unstable unsafe No braces No scaffolding plank Don’t give a shit deadbeat union contractor sleazy shady typical New York stuff and I’ve got 22 plus years of Unbelievable Photos of just how Horrendous and completely unacceptable ( In other countries Not no standards USA) the dangerous incompetent incomplete Shaky poorly built scaffolding especially frame scaffolding Traps all over No plank missing plank barely any bracing since OSHA minimum compliance whatever IS A JOKE!!! 26 by 42 feet between cross bracing??? Try that dangerous flim flam No standards shit in England and they will Kick your Dumb Ass
