Sir I have booked a Flat in W tower 1 years ago Booking I have deposited and process for loan in SBI bank loan was sanctioned and bank fwd for Lien letter to NBCC before disperse BUT NBCC did not provide Lien so far that's why bank has not disperse the loan I try to contact several time the who work with then but I didn't got solution What should we do in this situation

@@Shaxzon1 Sir you can't do anything in this case. You just need to document this to CR that delays in payment is the result of delayed LEIN. But recently, CR released few LEIN letters & will be releasing more in coming weeks.

Demand for superstructure is already in progress (80%) Final payment as per plan (15-5%) will be raised by NBCC in coming 9 to 12 months . Use developers before possession sign karvate hai. NBCC/CR & AMRAPALI CASE mai developer hi change ho gya. To CR/NBCC old buyers se timely sign karva rahe hai. To avoid any legal complications.
