The thing with this game is that it's easy as long as you have the situation under control... but pretty much the entire game is based around making things get out of hands. I still love it though

I could never play this game, no matter how hard I tried I would always lose. I always thought I'd understood it and then I'd fail. The booklet just didn't explain things well enough.

The original Constructor came out in 97 and Mob Rule (or Constructor: Street Wars) in 99. There's also Constructor Plus which came out this year. All of the games were made by Studio 3.

I don't know if this is different in the HD version, but what should you do to get rid of a cockroach infestation when the game tells you that even manual repairing won't solve it? I've been playing the game for a while now, but I still don't understand how to remove that kind of infestation, and if I fail to prevent it I just demolish the house

You need to kill the giant cockroach that wanders the block, if it's alive the infestation does not go away. Also place a tenant in any empty houses asap, infestation only occurs in empty houses

no.. this is the standard game run using dosbox.. and captured using dosbox.. I do own the original CD tho!

Some undersirables can evade the dogs but not many. The school allows for growing higher level tenants in all houses .. without the need to instal a PC from gadget shop
