After USCIS approval 4-6 weeks case to received by NVC 3 weeks to send email or case registration with nvc then they will ask you to submit documents PCC AOS etc 4-8 weeks reviewing your documents after that 1 week to send you email that documents are approved or documentarily qualified After DQ letter 60 to 90 days to schedule your interview at BMB ( Bombay embassy) P.S : Bombay consulate is the busiest of all so have patience sometime take 4-6 months people are waiting since April for CR1 cases My case is also IR/ CR1 Waiting for the interview date since oct 4th so don’t worry about it just chelax

For waiver do we need a form to fill out or request waiver in writing and send it along with your application you send to uscis? Please help I'm trying to fill i-90 for my dad. I'm not sure if this question apply to my dad. My wife was detained by border control while entering the U.S. without inspection. Then she claimed asylum and was released to her parents after a few days in holding. While her asylum case was in process we got married and filed the I-130. During the asylum final hearing our lawyer recommended that we withdraw the asylum petition, which we did. My wife was given voluntary departure. We left the U.S. before the 120 days had expired. Our I-130 was approved while my wife was in Guatemala. We now have a meeting at the U.S. of Guatemala next month. Would we run into any issues because my wife entered without inspection?

I need help with my wife visa who had interview in Islamabad Pakistan Nov 2019. we have submitted all the documents as per counselor request . It had been more than 6 months. No case update or anything. Senator Dick Dearbon has reached out twice and embassy reply we have received all the documents no further action needed from client wife . My question is how can you help me get her visa issue ? can we file law suit claiming that case has been mishandle and bring case back in USA ? Thanks for the video, very nice. I m an adult son of a American citizen, co-sponsored by her husband. Now, i will be waiting for the interview, yet I m in a serious doubt about which documents i should take to the interview at the consulate. Now, to bring my personal civil documents it is not a problem, yet it will be hard to bring mom's and co-sponsor civil docs, passports, drivers license, forms filled up before like i-864A, marriage certificate, etc... should i really bring originals for them also? since they are not with me, i m not sure I could leave mom in the US without them, what should I really bring, simple copies for any documents submitted from them? When necessary fees are paid for affidavit of support and immigration can we start processing DS 260 and I-864 simultaneously or wait till I-864 is accepted . When I started filling DS 260 without my sponsor filling affidavit of support form I got a message stating that “You have encountered an application error. Hello ma'am 👋 My name is R. Fisher . My wife arrived in the US from the Republic of Georgia in 1999 on a student visa. At somepoint in 2000 she made her way to SanFrancisco ( where I reside-:born and raised). We met , fell in love and eventually married in 2002. Her visa expired . She worked ( off the books) at a Russian restaurant for twenty years. Along the way , we had two children ( currently 11 and 15 years old). In 2018 - we decided to move to my wife's country and give it chance. After arriving , we soon realized there wasn't much opportunity for me to work and high , unaffordable tuition for English based schooling for our children. Currently, I plan on going back to US with children to get them back in school and work on my wife's possible re- entry to US. I'd appreciate any advice ( possible legal representation).

It's depends on the category you fall under. If you're an immediate relative it shouldn't take more than 3 months but if you fall under family preference sometimes a year or more depending on the availability of visa in your home country.

It's still in queue. I waited about 10 months before I got the approval notice. The processing time has since become longer. You may need to wait about 5 more months. Hopefully they will increase speed and get to you sooner.

When you say K3, is that the 130 form? Once you get the approval from USCIS, It may take 8 weeks for NVC to email you the receipt of file with your case information. At that point you can log in, make the two payments, then wait about a week and they open up the immigration forms and request you to upload documents.
