How would you use rubber cement to hold a leathers form while tooling and then remove? I have heard to glue it to cardboard then pull off. Your opinion and advice.

Great video Don, thank you so much. Funny I’m lining a few gun belts and that glue got everywhere 😂 really frustrating. That glue pot is going in my cart and to my home!!👍 should make glueing the others a lot easier. Thanks again for the timely advice buddy 😅

Hi, I do my gluing outside. Would a heat gun work for drying?

U bet. I keep one hangin right beside my bench to speed up the dryin process if I’m in a hurry. You can turn loose your inner pyro and use a lighter too burn off the thick spots and help it dry too but I usually turn to the heat gun unless it’s just some little piece.

It evaporates the chemicals faster and dries it. Like a fan… just no airflow.
