How many washers do you use in your handles?? I find my handles whip around too fast 😬

Same!!! The slower I go I find out my heavy handles are easier to control

Great video thanks Drex. How important is the tether length?

VERY important. When you measure the length of the poi it needs to be at least from the first knuckle to the middle of your biceps. Any shorter and you can't guarantee the rolls will go far enough. Longer than that is pretty much all the same.

Hey Drex, I have Pod Poi with capsule handles, are contact moves like this even really possible with poi with that shape?

Oof...what I'll say is that it is incredibly difficult to learn contact with podpoi. Once you already know contact you can totally adapt it to the shape of podpoi but starting with podpoi for contact is definitely a difficult process.
