Contact Staff Tutorial: Jesus

A contact staff tutorial on the intermediate trick, the Jesus. In my opinion, the move taught in this tutorial is actually a Halo-Jesus combination. But that's not a discussion for here...

Thank you SO much for this awesome tutorial!! Your videos are so inspiring~ I've almost got this move down. I can get the staff over my chest just fine but I'm having difficulty getting it over that last rotation to finish the move. I hope to get it one of these days though.

Am I wrong or is this the same as a halo 360 but you put your head back to do a chest spin instead of forward to do a neck spin?

Sam Chaney It is quite similar, yeah. It's a 360 body movement (obviously) but the second half is a front side technique whereas the Halo 360 is all back side.

My old twirling instructor was so lazy and pervy I never actually got to learn anything from him, and even when he tried to teach he just wasn't helpful enough. So thank you so much for helping me find use for my staff again. I really love your tutorials, very helpful.
