I think that's really the problem of this pandemic. Too many people are just ignoring the protocols and don't take responsibility. Some already know that they tested positive for the virus, and still choose to go out and mingle with others not wearing a mask. Like, if I tested positive, I would take responsibility for my actions. At the end of the day, it's just really the selfishness of some people why this pandemic is never going to end.

This movie was able to accurately portray the very real human disregard for illness in modern day society. We’ve trained our workforce to shame sick workers, and imply very strongly for them to continue working while sick. This fosters a habit for disregard and stubbornness when it comes to being sick. We don’t realize the severity of each of our simple everyday actions (opening doors, talking, breathing ) that end up being vectors for transmission because we are trained to disregard illness, so why would we care to think about spreading it? It’s sad how we could’ve prevented so many deaths but people just couldn’t grasp how easily it is to transmit a contagious virus .
