I think it is a Turkish ship with Indian & Russian crew. The point where the camera goes a bit strange, I understand that they reached a Turkish port and tried to sell the cigarettes they salvaged from the floating container and the they've got caught by the police. The police is asking them all sorts of questions like how the cigarette boxes have ended down in machine room etc and the Turkish captain, second captain etc are really trying to nagivate themselves out of this "Contraband sale" situation with unconvincing and sometimes funny sounding excuses.
