It would be nice to look at container size increase over last 50 years containerization history, from 10' to nowadays 45' HC. Also, containers by usage (Dry, Reefer, Open top, Flat bed, Conair, ... live animals !)

If I undersood your question well; the pricing is over per container by authorised inspection company or fumigation company. No relation with BL or freight.
