Thank you for this, one thing I appreciate about Ceecee’s commentary is that she is completely honest when it comes to the songs and dance practices. If she does not like something she is not afraid to say it even if she gets a lot of hate comments directed at her. The Lili Yabbay rolling stone performance was brilliant, it is a crime that this version of the song with their 4 parts harmony was never released to the public, it is same for Heaven with Nu’est W, and it has been 4 years.

To answer Ceecee's question, Jun doesn't have any dance background prior to his trainee period. I think he's the only member of the performance unit without a dance background, though he's well-versed in martial arts.

Though Jun doesn't have background in dance (he did martial arts) while Minghao had a variety of experiences in different art forms before focusing on b-boy, I do want to point out that Minghao has said that when he first started training (and until now to some extent), he got in a lot of trouble with Hoshi while learning choreography and he found it very difficult to pick up routines. Obviously his b-boy technique is very good and he loves free dance expression (as seen in his contemporary art series), but Ceecee is completely on the mark with her commentary about routines not coming naturally to him. Carats like to defend Minghao's dance a lot because he's great at b-boying, but there are so many techniques and elements to different sides of dancing. As a side note, Dino is known to practise continuously and fixate on every little thing including the minute facial expressions and it REALLY shows in Lilili Yabbay. (I also prefer the Rolling Stone version of Lilili Yabbay and I'm waiting for it to be released on Spotify lol) Also, Hoshi CARRIES for that performance - watch it and see how he almost NEVER stops singing the entire time. I love the commentary about their purposeful styling and costuming! (and Minghao's beautiful neck haha) Thanks for another great video!!!!!!

i find it so funny how everyone has just gotten used to the stress that comes whenever a ceecee reaction comes out lmaoo. her comments ngl sometimes hurt but it's still really captivating to see her not afraid to disagree with everyone and give her honest opinions. she knows what she wants to see and hear so it's become like a fun game to see what will catch her eye haha

Jun doesn't have a background in dance at all, but he did martial arts (wushu) so maybe that influenced his lines. Also he's taller with longer limbs than the other members of performance team so that also helps visually

SVT’s synchronization is just wow. I watched one of their behind the scenes practice clips where Hoshi made sure that their angles of feet are the same. I was amazed by their attention to details 😍

The more I listen to Ceecee explaining her points, the more I learn and I actually appreciate what she has to say, even if I disagree, and that's fine, because we all have our own personal tastes when it comes to music and performance. Loved this reaction.

Oh, Ceecee... I would be lying if i said that you aren't my favorite reactor right now, and I find myself keeping an eye on the channel for more of your videos. I know it doesn't have any real harmonies, but maybe checking out Seventeen's All My Love Acoustic Version would be a nice idea. It gives a better sampling of the voices from each member, as well as clearly shows what each face looks like as they sing. It helps that the song is beautiful, and one of my top favorite videos from them. Thank you guys for all of your hard work - Ceecee for her precise and truthful commentary, and the channel for picking great videos to react to. Keep up the awesome job, and I'm looking forward to the next video!

Ok, I might regret this, but I would like ask if you could show Ceecee The8's "Dreams Come True" Choreo video (it's from about 2 years ago). I genuinely appreciate her expertise and honesty even though seeing the thumbnail for her reacting to SVT raises my blood pressure lmaooooo. I would also love to see her thoughts on a Dino Danceology (unsure if she's seen those or not) my personal preferences for the danceology would be the 5 Seconds of Summer "Thin White Lines" one and/or the Avicii "Feeling Good" one (I wonder here what her opinion will be on the white outfit -- whether she thinks it isn't distinct enough from the setting or if it creates a clean look) Thank you for bringing SVT content; always appreciated.

I think she'll really like Verivery as well because they're said to be second when it comes to being in sync when dancing; this is 2nd to Seventeen. I think she'll like either 'O' or their lastest comeback which was Undercover. Love your channel!

Love it! Is so refreshing having someone to point out errors/things that can improve bc, yes, they are really good but, they also commit mistakes (they're not perfect). As a carat who's favorite unit it's the Performance Unit, I would LOVE to hear her comments about their others performances; as someone that enjoys dance but can't dance, I notice some things that are little off sometimes and I would like to hear her profesional opinion/P.OV. 🥰
@r.a.h11462 жыл бұрын
So funny that they proceed to hit these breathtaking vocals after introducing themselves as the “performance” unit. What vocal unit?? I think they got it backwards. I sang in a Symphony orchestra for years but we were trained a “performance” was never about skill or pushing limits/hitting crazy powerful vocals (tho I can do most of those things) etc but about creating an atmosphere. Most the time it doesn’t take big lungs. Also funny that there’s clearly 2 very different sides of a fence here cus personally I’m with you. It doesn’t matter what Seventeen song/performance you throw at me, I only see one person and absolutely no one else (The 8). Not because of skill or anything but cus it’s like there’s a character in his head (a kind of funny/awkward but strangely beautiful one, like a young bird) that very selectively draws emphasis to his prominent features…such as his long neck and long gangly arms that he seems really partial to having up at chest level (very structured/poised) & then halfway down moving rapidly/sporadically from the elbows (I think I resonate with this character, a LOOOOOT) and he’s just so consistent about workin that character. Possibly why he may seem not quite as technical as the others. But omg this is driving me crazy! Except for a very slim few, NOBODY reacted to his “Abyss” piece. I was mesmerized. And then the little (musical/plot finishing) reminder at the end was such a “AHAAAA…that was so clever!!” moment. For me anyway. Maybe it’s just me.
