Valid point we made a mistake, In order to keep the area of the house under 2000 sq ft, the idea being saving up on tax!! The bedroom on 1st floor is kind of small and we are not liking it anymore, Also too much open terrace area which we covered with aluminum sheet roofs .... can something be done now about it..??
