For anyone confused, here are the current known facts: Purplatypus is upset that other bigger CCs are “leaking” the new characters Timaeuss defends that he has a different NDA and so his new character content is not leaking Unfortunately there are layers to what players and cc have access to. If you’re a big enough cc you can get access to 50k premium currency a month or have access to the for mentioned test server, but even within the test servers there are hierarchies. The players are always going to be on the side of the “leaks” because that’s what determines how they will spend what currency they have. My personal opinion is that the cc’s should discuss this privately but I guess these drama videos might pull in good views so maybe it’s good for them. The developers though are at fault here. I don’t think this level of disparity in resources should even be allowed and I agree with Hawky that if there is a test server there should be an NDA to even get in

Very nice summary, it should be CC get 60k max gems (20k max after 1st month) or gems AND test server access. Yeah I think its too late for the private talk and XD is not giving us any community announcements or comments about this, so just going to be CC fighting amongst themselves.

F2P will always defend the leak. Not knowing that can harm the game because they intended to shuffling the schedule, so whale can spend more. I already knew bro was crashing out with the first video about the topic. If you’re using the same tools as other cc are why complain. What’s the cn and Taiwan server there for? This leak nonsense is crazy when the game already out compare to other games. When purple guy was malding over small cc not having this advantage bro forgot there’s even smaller cc than him putting in the work. Providing useful information than even himself lmao the amount of salt he was secreting but tim handled the problem maturely. Put that work in and grow your own community instead of just copy paste from test server.

Lol the funny thing TimaeuSS after cocoa review, never use test server for his review, he would show chinese server or video about the charachter than review it. Purple in the other hand use his Chara in test server, with full official english translation. And just use skill without know deeper strategy abiut the chara. Btw i love your idea. I want to see TimaeuSS vs Purplephyus PVP.

honestly leaks are not a big deal, before a banner runs it like 3-4 days before that, they announce the next one on twitter, so you still could pull on the current one when the next one doesn't fit your needs or safe for the next one instead and don't pull at all. Thats the easy trick we need to utilize now.

Most CC orient themselves through the tier list and automatically say that that character is bad because they are in last place. It seems that that CC did not understand that Xavier is a character for PvP/PvE and not to resist long trial or boss fights. Many also put Miguel or Guzman down and for that reason alone they say that they are trash, I have both and they are not bad, each one fulfills their function. It seems that there are characters created for PvE/PvP and others for general content similar to Epic Seven Miguel is a control with explosive AoE capable of blinding in the area and Guzman is a DPS pseudo magic tank with unique elimination abilities and anti charge skills

Even if the agreements details itself is included, you can't just claim its different without presenting any proof thereof. That's a nothing burger. It means nothing. In addition. That guy uses plausible deniability speak in his "leak" videos (like: "its just my best guess") If his NDA or agreement gave him the right to do this he wouldn't be mounting a legal defense in the way the data is presented...
