Remember a guy had a $0 exact bid and Drew wasn't excited at all because he feared the man cheated in some way. But this $39500 bid... I think the reason why he was so excited is because people 99% of the time will even/round out their bid.

Yup, especially as a Canadian. You gotta cough up 37% in taxes up front for as little as $1500 in winnings, plus they only ship the items to US addresses, so they have to have the stuff shipped to a US customs office, where more duties must be paid, and THEN you're responsible for getting the stuff home yourself from there.
