So if player1 interreacts with the asop terminal, but doesn't click on claim to allow player2 to get the ship, player 2 can use the asop terminal and click on Claim to receive the ship, is that correct?

Yes sir. I have been running with a little team last couple of days. And people have a list of ships they want. So we’ve been giving the ships to the people who have them as wants. It works exactly as you described bud.

So... where do you go to find the executive hangars? It may be helpful to include that before you dive straight into being at the executive hangar. *Edit* It's the closest jump point to the center of Pyro. PYAM-EXHANG-0-1

How to know if a base is powering down or up?

If the base is powering up there will be red dots turning green, if powering down the green dots will be turning off and no red lights. I think when its completely powered down all the lights turn red again and start the process over.
