Dynasty Trades In 5 is a dynasty trade show that focuses on dynasty fantasy football trade strategy, rookie draft pick values, individual player profiles, etc. For each player we discuss whether or not they are a dynasty trade target for 2022 and 2023, and if we lean sell vs. buy. We also get in depth on the 2022 rookie draft class, the 2023 rookie draft class, and dynasty rookie pick values in general. We don't do dynasty mock drafts yet, but perhaps we will in the future! There are many great resources available to the community, whether it be articles, dynasty trade calculators, trade finders, etc. We try to focus on short form content that is digestible and relevant. Question, specifically for your buy a hammer segments. Would it be more useful to just get their league ID and team name and post a screenshot of their players/draft picks from the Dynasty Daddy screen? You could then just overlay the question they are asking and not have to go forward and backward between different parts of the question and they wouldn't have to list off all their players. That can be confusing and difficult to follow. Just a thought. Anyway, I really appreciate your show!!

Thanks so much for this video! The piece I come back on is the number of quality pieces and roster construction. I'm in a 12-team SF PPR league that starts 9 where you don't have to start TE, but it's TE .5 premium. We started last year and I was hoping to hit a certain level or give up on the position (ended up with the latter), with a team that could go high or go low. Now, as a definite contender, I made an offseason trade for Mark Andrews. The wrinkles are the interesting, and important, parts of dynasty leagues. And where we most need intel from y'all!

Just traded Marvin Mims for a 2025 2nd. 12 team, 1QB, ppr, start 8. Loved him as a prospect but felt I needed to re-roll since he’ll be worth basically 0 if he face plants this year.

The asset poor aspect of this segment is so true. A shocking number of teams who fell into the trap refuse to dig out of it. This has come up for me in so many leagues these past couple of weeks. "Hey, I have extra assets that will solve your roster construction issue and give you more PPG in the immediate. I'll even pay market value" This still gets an immediate rejection because people are too attached to players.

12-team dynasty/SF/start 9/PPR with additional .75TEP/.5PPC/.5receiving 1st down. Traded London and the 1.09 for the 1.05 and Montgomery. I needed a RB and we just added a .5 point per carry. I also made this deal because I already had a second deal offered to me where I got DJM for the 2.02, 3.11, and a 25 2nd. Essentially I swapped London for DJM, moved up to the 1.05 from 1.09, got Montgomery and only paid the 2.02, 3.11, and a 25 2nd to do so. Thoughts?

You brought up Thomas and Odell as receivers that faded fast but they have been hurt. What about Adams and Hill. You can predict injuries, but if I keep Jefferson and he gives me top 10 seasons for the next five years, and top 25 for another two years I win even if I ride him into retirement. I also have my draft picks for those 7 years where I can refurbish my roster. I could trade for London and the #5 that could WR first round picks have a high bust rate or London gets injured. Heck Jefferson could outlast London and the #5.

In a 12tn start 14 ppr 2te 2tep, I really needed a TE, I was planning on taking Brock at 1.03, but make a trade 1.03 and 1.08 for Pitts and 1.07. I got my TE and moved up to get Rome over taking BTJ.

Have a startup soon with an interesting scoring setup, so my first of this type. It’s a 12tm, start 12 ppr. The TE premium is 2.0, and the rb ppc is .25, with .5 first down bonus. So this somewhat makes rbs and TEs have really strong flex appeal. Would this type of scoring make you prioritize rbs and TEs early……. Or stay wr centric as their point drop off is far more drastic after the top 35 are gone……

10 team start 10 sf. Sent kyren for 1.04 in rebuild. Mid activity, as a 10 team start 10 qbs aren’t at valuable as usual. Burrow Kyler chase Dell Hollywood? As assets. Also have the 1.02 and 1.10. Any advice on how to split the 1.04? Thinking Devonta smith and James cook for it. Or maybe trading down to the 1.07 for a 25 1st. Might have to throw in Hollywood (hopefully Michael Wilson, Khalil shakir type) for either deal to get done. Worth it, which move to make, or make the pick? Trade the 1.10 for the 2.05 and 2.06 because of the perceived value of this class? Can’t get a future first for it.

1.03 owner has strongest qb room in league so I’m going marv or nabers at 1.02 whoever is there and forcing him to grab Caleb if 1.01 doesn’t. 1.01 hasn’t offered any info on what he’s doing and won’t entertain trade offers until nfl draft is over. Then using my 1.04 on rome (given a good landing spot) or the qb2. Feel like I have a lot of options at where I am and am just hoping to get some advice of what y’all think the best move would be for a rebuilding team. Thanks as always

Context is crucial, no doubt about it, but there's nothing wrong with questioning Zay Flowers for 1.11 in SF in my opinion. I'm not sure if you've watched all of your videos (I have my doubts), but when you read the question, I'm 9/10 (and I'm telling the truth) certain of what your answer will be. Sure, many questions are easy, but if the future 1st is involved, we're talking about consolidating and splitting, baby! Sometimes, I wish there was less information and more focus on the team's offensive/defensive philosophy, coach changes, and potential sleepers. I don't play in 35 leagues like Scott, for example, and I don't have 12 picks at 2.09. I would love to see videos like JSN vs rookies WRs, or picks, buy or sell, a deep dive into the Seattle offense and contract situation, the second year in the league, and what we should do with him. Something along those lines. As always, I appreciate your time and effort!
