My son is 2.2 year old and he is diagnosis of ASD ADHD. We have just started his OT to with therapist specialist and also went to clinic of pediatric neurologist doctor is advising for syrup (supplement) and OT in is center. Now i m thinking to send my son to both OT centre and alongwith medicine as doctor advised. Please let me know if i can start this way or only one place i have to stick with may be son will get lot of pressure for two different kind of place and therapy etc.. Please advise!

3.4month child...wo name response krta h but 2 or 3 baar. M..aur command le leta h..zidi bohat h..gussa krta h use kisi agr kaho kisi baat pr..aur waise a to z use with a for apple,b for ball like bolta h total z for zebra.. colours btata h all with point aur ek dum correct... vegetables bhi btata h identify bhi krta h.. 1 to 100 counting aati h aur unhe identify bhi krta h..bs problem yaha aati h hmse thik se baat nhi krta aur na hi kisi aur se..bs bta deta h ki water chahiye ya milk..khana h ya nhi...but proper line nhi bolta..itna bolta h like milk nhi pina to bolega..nhi piraa..nhi khara,shoes ka e..is tarh bolta h..potty n susu ki nhi btata diaper m hi krta h abhi..kya usko need h kisi therepy ki ya phir nhi...aur eye contact krta h but km..agr us se nose lips ki baat kro to eye contact properly krta h aur btata bhi properly h with contexually...nose pr hath rkh kr btata h nose...mouth pr hath rkh kr btata h mouth...but papa mamma nhi kehta properly hme kya kru main ma'am plz btaye???🙏🙏
