I find the "S" ammo helps if you can manage to enter the stage with it. There is also a "S" ammo drop in the middle of the stage (not seen in the video because I died right after I got it 😅).

Four stage hard for me

If you start Stage 4 with the spray gun ammo ("S") from the previous stage it will be a bit easier. If not, killing the jumping red enemy in the 6th room (rollers on the floor) will drop the "S" ammo. I wouldn't grab any other ammo except "M" if you don't have the "S". I also find if you button mash with the spray gun it narrows its spread of bullets (which is not ideal for the boss battle). Hope that helps!
