Can't you just wait on your ship (on venus) for time to pass quickly? That's what I do when I'm waiting for resources to manufacture... I can see the utility of keeping a habitat with storage around of course, but I'm not sure it's 100% necessary to perform this trick.

Yes you can just wait on your ship on Venus but then you have the issue of getting back into neon if you have contraband onboard. If you end up selling it all in one run then it would work nicely without the need for an outpost

I go to the Den after looting and sell all they will take, then use the back room as a drop storage for the next time I come back. I have never had them despawn from the ground but keep in mind I don't leave it there for weeks just a few days.

If you don’t have planetary habitation, just go to Venus and sleep in your ship for the time you need

I dont have planetary habitation, BUT i have a floating building with like 3000+lbs cargo and beds and workstation shit all on my floating flight carrier so i just fly to venus and sleep in my ship and that works

Obtain the resources is not the problem, you can have tons of contraband in your base, the problem is the economy: nobody have enought money to sell this , vendor sell items for 20-30-even 50k per piece, but not have more that 5-11k every 48 hours.

Thank you for showing me this. I have limited time to play and grind bounties and surveys before I head to work. I’ve saved up 6 chests full of contraband😂😂😂. I didn’t know what to do with all of it because it’s far to much to sell off without spending hours, so thank you.

I have the perk where you have a home on Nesoi, I store my contraband there. Great perk to have, but a an outpost works just as well!!!

Buy a cheap container house on neon and stash the contraband there

Its more difficult to sell the contraband than it is to obtain it.... C'mon Bethesda, 5k/11k vendor credit limits are killing us.

Actually found this by accident..I forgot to put some contraband into my shielded cargo.Went to Neon and got busted..Turns out they free you right next to that room so I stole back what they took and everything else that was there and just kept repeating that every 600 hours..But since I have plenty of credits I'm just stockpiling them on my outpost..Hoping that yes one day the vendors will actually have more credits..I mean it's not like people can rob them anymore so give them more credits..It should at least scale up like weapons do with vendors.

Farm 50 cases, vendor 1 ever 2 minutes. You cant sell items fast. Not worth the effort

The key has 5 vendors, the wolf has x1 and there are other vendors you can visit but I've sold over 400k of contraband at the key alone. Just sleep at Venus for quick resets
