In this video we look at the ways in which contracts can be void because they are illegal, contrary to the public interest, or because they enforce an unreasonable restraint of trade. All of these things place a contract in a situation where it is no longer in the community's interests for the court to enforce the contract.

at 19:54 . My answer to this question at this time according to my class of knowledge.is - . If it is between two people and the offences and or grievances can be dealt by the pair. As long as the criminal code act 1899 is fulfilled.. . I propose by the teaching of another professor at this point I apply human rights ACT 2019 (privacy) . That the matter can be arranged to be corrected by taught and to be applied resolution fire contract law as long as the criminal code act 1899 has been satisfied by punishment vaya community service I would propose. . At this point I advise the reader that I am not a lawyer or a barrister nor am I a legal student. . I am only (Interested in law)

19:54 comment is best illustrated this way to primary students going to see the principal while waiting in the principal's office discuss between themselves what is to be said to the principal (maybe)
