My daughter and I were both I a car wreck and diagnosed with concusions. My daughter already has mental dusability/learning issues the person that hit use was deemed at fault her insurance company called my daughter the next morning and told her they'd pay for Dr visit and 700 for inconvenience My daughter not understanding what was bring explained do to concussion headache said ok then when went to hodpital was told by geicoshe signed away he rights and closed case. Can she really be held responsible for her decision given her injury and previous cognitive issue? She was in special education since she was 10.
