Excellent compilation 👌 Communication is complete as against A means Communication is complete for A to be bound... Similarly, as against B means Communication complete to Bound B in agreement.. If we read " Bound B" or "Bound A" in place of "As against B" and "As against A"..it makes it easier to understand Communication of offer, acceptance and revocation of offer and acceptance.

As prevailing practice in corporate , Purchaser issue a tender for quotation Seller sends offer in return with some terms and price. After negotiation, Purchaser issues PO with their company standards T&C While giving acceptance on PO, seller accept PO with some comments. Purchaser normally doesn't respond. Seller start delivering services and Purchaser release payments as well. The above is a very general practice being followed in India & purchaser never issue revised PO. Whether comments on PO are considered as acceptance with a reason of IMPLIED acceptance, as payment is being released by the purchaser.Or any other reason, where seller interest can be safeguard. pl clarify
