Sir as you brought up an example of son and father in which son is a minor, sells the car appointed his son an agent . And, he could not sell it at the amount his father purported to have, then he (father) is responsible for the loss. But if he wants to recover the car by redeeming money to the buyer as he has had contract with a minor and it is itself void ab initio, can he rescind the contract at his option and recover the car back??

Section 184 As between the principle and a third person, any person may become an agent, but no person who is not of the age of majority and of sound mind can became agent, so as to be responsible to his principle And you are saying that minor can be an agent. How?
