Sir mene meri company ko apna resignation 20 din pahle diya usme mene Apna Contract termination ka request kiya jo ki 19/11/2022 ko 8 sal ke sath pura ho chuka hai. Whether notice period is excluded or included is not described precisely under article 77. Based on my understanding notice period duration is included in it too. Secondly, please refer your contract terms, they might have mentioned some other conditions.

Hi Omair, Now your question is- My transfer will be completed after 90 days from accepting the request or soon after Iqama Expiry. i do not have the confirmed answer for this but based on my understanding of the complete process transfer can be done only after completing notice period because: 1. When we terminate the contract, either employee has to complete the notice period or to compensate employer for not serving the notice period (as per contract). 2. Since transfer was initiated and accepted during validity of Iqama, Qiwa might not be be programmed in a way that it will revalidate the data and apply the procedure which is applicable after expiry of Iqama. After validating my understanding i will share a video on this topic. Regards

Kya fir bhi mujhe 4000 penalty pay krna padega? Kya koi legal way nhi k 1. Mujhe koi compensation nhi dena pade aur exit mil jaaye?? 2. Mujhe mera dues amount mil jaye not compensation amount?? 3. Hi They might be referring to employment contract, so if it is agreed in the contract like that then you can not do anything. Either to pay or complete the contract.
