Back then games used to be like 600 MB, then a gigabyte, then by the 2010s it was like 6-10 GB. By 2014 it started like 15-30 GB Now we are dealing with 30-200 GB at this point. The unsustainability is becoming more and more apparent.

Contract Wars was made by Absolutesoft and released back in December 2010 with the same team that founded Battlestate Game. In 2016, Battlestate Games released the early version Escape from Tarkov in August and Hired Ops in October on Steam as a second version of Contract Wars.

This was one of the best browser games ever made. Hilariously Tarkov was intended originally to be a direct sequel and also was supposed to be a browser game, but BSG/Absolutsoft realized very early on that what they wanted to do was not going to be possible in the confines of Unity Web Player. Another fun fact, the version of Unity that was used by Tarkov for a very long time was not much different from the Web Player also the KEDR was hysterically overpowered in Contract Wars lmfao

The reason is that is too hard for me to get all the weapons again. I don't really like the gameplay, and it's really a pain to even get rank 15 to unlock the flea market again after every wipe. I don't know much about that SPT. Can you direct test all weapons there?

@@TigerfieldYTspt is a solo play tarkov fan made mode. It also supports mods, so you can just get mod with cheat menu and play without any risks

@@TigerfieldYT You dont know about the SPT profile editor? You can give yourself money, xp, levels, trader rep. Look it up and try it. Also you dont like the gameplay? Thats the game's whole shtick, hard fought battles with minimal resources (until the late wipe)

CW Devs can post all day about how proud they are banning over 500 Cheaters everyday when in reality, you pretty much showed that your anti cheat sucks big time Rant aside, CW is nostalgic to me back when FB Games was still a thing.
