Does anyone know what the art medium is?? Is just red and black ink? How were these made? Or is it computer generated? I’d love to know more.

I'd say it's definitely not CGI. My guess it's that it's just water and ink, maybe filmed from underneath a transparent glass while they dropped the ink and moved things around, then changed the colors to black and red in post. There's a making of another video called "Dark Universe" from Apple where they did something similar so it's worth checking out

Game files, some other people have extracted it and posted it as a sequence of PNG files, you can find it on Reddit. But even the native game files have compression artifacts

I’m pretty sure this is a practical effect. It looks like they mixed ink/paint and solvent, and filmed through glass.
