Control centre, once upon a time, In its hay day it was known as “prime,” Now nobody cares a dime, The outer and inner shell filled with slimy grime, The gray sky brings no comforting rhymes, Dark shadows reflecting on the rippling murky waters, as the rain chimes. The towering pines peeking into the sky, Some seeking comfort as they lay bare, From their companion, they feel its abandonment, All they do now is share the same space.
