I got the same unit as you do. It came with a charging cord that I plugged into the computer and got the buttons configured and they work great with the cord plugged into the computer, but when I unplug it and place on my hip it stops working (won't work wirelessly). Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks Tim

@@timmckee9280 are you sure you got the wireless version? They look identical. If so did you confirm the switch on the side is in the down position? Also, make sure you press and hold the side button in for a few seconds so the blue light comes on. Sometimes it takes a minute to activate. Another thing to check, if it goes to sleep just use your mouse and click on the GSPro game screen and then it will come back on. Check that and let me know. Thanks

Ok so I bought one. Mapped it. But when I tried to use it on the pc with GSPro it did the flyover then wouldn’t do anything else. Any idea? I noticed after I mapped a key and went to the next key if I clicked back on the 1st key it was black again. Is that normal?

Sorry, just seeing this now. After you map each key are you downloading each one? If not it will only save the first key mapping. Also, make sure you have the keypad plugged in when you start GSPro. I also always click on the screen with the mouse before using the keypad. That initiates everything.

Yes I was clicking the download after each one. I was using a different pc though. Maybe that has something to do with it. I also did not have it plugged in when I started gspro. So I will remap today on the pc with GSPro then start it plugged in. On the dials though, how do you have it mapped so it will aim left right, is it as simple as just clicking on the left arrow and right arrow then download?

@@ncphenom2309 So the dial for scrolling left & right all depends on how your physical keyboard keys are setup. Whatever keyboard you use, for example I had to map my (Home) & (End) keys because those are also the arrow keys on my physical keyboard that's attached to my PC.

@@BogeysBackyardGolf that worked! Thanks for the tips. I ended up mapping other keys to the left right because I couldn’t figure out the dial.
