The mustard seed 7:00am meeting is extremely disrespectful. They prevented me from sharing and were very disruptive. This was done as retaliation for last night. They also are trying to psychologically manipulate me not to come back.

When I was drinking I wasn't worried about how clean my blankets were. Take it to the bank.

Thank yo for doing this investigation - Mainstream media needs to follow up so the general public in the USA knows what AA really is- yes there are some good groups - but this kind of group is in every state times 10 . thanks again to the reporters and those that spoke up.

You are probably one of the “reporters” praising your own twisted work: a four-part hit piece sourced by the rambling testimonies of a handful of institutionalized crazies and their pill dealer.

Almost comedy that people fall into these traps. I’d rather be controlled by booze than to be controlled by another person.

They easily fall into these traps because their minds/brains are not working properly from drugs and alcohol and they are desperate for some kind of reprieve from it. Very susceptible to influences and usually in dire need of a place to live. Taken advantage of because they are easy prey

Im sad about this series... seems there was only one real episode and the rest are just snippets from that. Crappy.

Oh, I am loving this more every day. Each installment shows me exactly how creative people can be. Twisting what a group of people who have been nothing but helping others for almost three decades into something that is supposedly evil. Nice job on this - very creative - better than fiction!

Nearly 13 years ago... this was the first group of alcoholics that reached out to me. I stuck around for a couple of years, albeit rebelliously. I didn’t get sober, and I hung around as a retread for sometime. Seemingly- with each retread things got worse for me and those around me... I abused the people who tried to help me at this group, and took advantage of their generosity. Despite all of this: when I was ready to get sober- this group of alcoholics was there for me and had not only forgiven me for being an ungrateful, thieving, lust-bag- they expected it when they agreed to help me. And they agreed to help me in the one off chance that I MIGHT get sober. Now I’m sober for 7 years, and I do elsewhere what was shown to me to do by members of this group. I can honestly say that this group was the first group of people to ever fully understand precisely what my problem was, and knowingly agree to help me with that problem.
